We maintain no minimum order charges. Prices are subject to change without notice. If there is a price change you will be notified prior to shipment.
Terms
LT Biosyn, Inc can only sell to established business concerns and not to the general public. Packing: 1kg per aluminum bag or 25kg per drum. Prices are C&F for order 1~9kg. Over 10kg is FOB pricing. Past due accounts are subject to interest charges.
Quotations
Quotations are available from our sales department on bulk quantities, specially packaged quantities, custom solutions and other items not listed in our web site. Quotations are firm for 15 days. When ordering as a result of quote, please reference our quotation number.
Returns
No return goods will be accepted without prior permission and instruction must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by LT Biosyn, Inc. The 20% of the invoice total will be assessed as a restocking charge unless otherwise waived. No return goods or claims will be allowed beyond 20 day of the invoice date.
Unit Measurement
All of our products are listed in metric units. However, due to certain packaging restrictions some products may be packaged and ship in US measurement equivalents.
Shipping
Orders for stock items are shipped on the same day order is received. When an item is not in stock, you will notified of the expected backorder at the time of your order.
All shipments will be by UPS when possible, and will always be packed per regulations. Please note: Hazardous materials ship via UPS ground incur an additional fee per hazardous material. Materials marked in our web site as Poison Pack Required and all hazardous materials ship via air will incur an additional packaging charge. These charges are in additional to UPS freight charges are in hazard fees. Materials not accepted by UPS will be ship via common carrier, freight collect.
Please inspect your shipment for any discrepancies or external damage upon arrival and note them on the delivery receipt. For concealed damage, stop unpacking, save packing material and damaged pieces, and immediately request and inspection from the delivering carrier. Forward the inspection report to LT Biosyn, Inc., including your Order number and our invoice number. Do not return damaged item (s) without prior instruction and Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by LT Biosyn, Inc. For discrepancies, immediately contact our Customer Service Department. Damage and discrepancy claim must be filed within 7 days of the receipted of material.
Limited Warranty and Disclaimer
The manufacturer warrants that this product conforms to the chemical description on the label; that this product is reasonably fit for the purposes set forth in the Directions for Use when it is used in accordance with such Directions; and that the statements under the Directions and other statements on this label, are based upon responsible experts' evaluation of reasonable tests of effectiveness, of toxicity to laboratory animals and to plants, and of residues on food crops and upon reports of field experience. Tests have not been made on all varieties or in all states or under all conditions. The manufacturer neither makes nor intends, nor does it authorize any agent or representative to make, any other warranties, express or implied, and it expressly excludes and disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty does not extend to, and the buyer shall be solely responsible for, any and all loss or damage which results from the use of this product in any manner which is inconsistent with the label directions. Buyer's exclusive remedy and manufacturer's or seller's exclusive liability for any and all claims, losses, damages or injuries resulting from the use or handling of this product, whether or not based in contract, negligence, strict liability in tort or otherwise shall be limited, at the manufacturer's option to replacement of, or the repayment of the purchase price for, the quantity of product with respect to which damages are claimed. In no event shall manufacturer or seller be liable for special, indirect or inconsequential damages resulting from the use or handling of this product.
Notice to Buyer
Purchase of this material does not confer any rights under patents governing this product or the use thereof in countries outside of the United States. Seller's guarantee shall be limited to the terms set out on the label and subject thereto, the buyer assumes the risk to persons or property arising from the use or handling of this product on that condition.
